The questions every
program manager asks.
FAQ.01Is 72 hours real?
+
From arrival on a prepared site with staged inventory: yes — it's an engineering target we design the whole system around, not a marketing number. Total program time depends on site works, utilities and quantities; we put the full schedule in every proposal so the 72 hours is never doing the talking alone.
FAQ.02What's the minimum order?
+
Programs, not pilots, are where the platform shines — but we support single-facility deployments (a clinic, a classroom cluster) when they serve a public mission. Talk to us; the honest answer depends on geography and timing.
FAQ.03Do you handle site work and permits?
+
Yes — turnkey means turnkey: geotech, foundations, utilities, permitting support with stamped submittal packages, and commissioning. We also team with agency-selected civil contractors when programs require it.
FAQ.04Buy American — yes or no?
+
Configurable. Our dual-shore strategy scales domestic content to program requirements, up to full Buy American / BABA configurations, with per-unit domestic content documentation because your auditors will ask.
FAQ.05What happens to units after the mission?
+
They redeploy. Units lift, ship and serve again — we support buy-back, refurbishment and ready-reserve staging programs so response capacity becomes a state asset instead of a disposal problem.
