SEC.05 / Engineered for extremes
Built for the worst
day on earth.
Most buildings are designed for the average day. Ours are designed for the day the mission actually happens — hurricane landfall, arctic January, a magnitude-7 morning. One envelope, five hostile climate packages, engineered evidence behind every number.

Five climates.
One answer.
EVERY PACKAGE IS THE SAME CHASSIS WITH DIFFERENT ARMOR — LOGISTICS AND TRAINING NEVER CHANGE.
// Envelope and anchorage engineered to ASCE 7-22 ultimate wind speeds for Risk Category II–IV placements. Hurricane packages add large-missile impact glazing, uplift-rated corner anchorage and elevated pier foundations for surge zones.
// Cold packages carry thermal-broken chassis, R-49 roof assemblies, arctic vestibules and fully heat-traced services — engineered for interior Alaska deployment on pile or gravel-pad foundations.
// Marine packages pair a 5,000-hour salt-fog coating system (ASTM B117 test basis) with 316 stainless fasteners, vented rain-screen cladding and condensation-managed wall assemblies for permanent 100% RH environments.
// Desert kits combine SRI-82 cool roofing, shaded double-roof assemblies, MERV-14 dust filtration and oversized condensing capacity — sized for +130°F design days with full solar load on all exposures.
// The welded steel chassis is inherently ductile; seismic packages add SDC-D anchorage details, optional base isolation for critical facilities and full nonstructural bracing of MEP, casework and stored systems.

STAMPED CALC PACKAGES, TESTED ASSEMBLIES AND A PAPER TRAIL BUILT FOR PLAN REVIEW.
Code & standards basis
Test & evidence regime
Every configuration carries an evidence file: structural calculations stamped by licensed PEs in the state of installation, envelope assemblies tested for water and air, coating systems salt-fog tested to ASTM B117, and serialized factory QC records — pressure-tested envelope, meggered circuits, flooded wet rooms — attached to each unit's digital twin.
Plan reviewers get a submittal package, not a sales deck. That is the difference between "modular" and "engineered modular."
