Mission sets
Seven missions.
One platform.
Every Build4-US program runs on the same chassis, the same supply chain and the same drilled logistics — so a hurricane response, a workforce village and a military compound differ in configuration, not in risk.
SOL.01 / Emergency & disaster response
The response window is 72 hours. We fit inside it.
When a declaration is signed, the clock starts on the hardest housing problem in America. Build4-US fields FEMA-aligned survivor housing, responder base camps, feeding and medical facilities from pre-staged inventory — set on piers, connected to services and occupied while conventional programs are still mobilizing.
Direct housing missions, group sites, responder camps, points of distribution and community facilities — under FEMA PA/IA, CDBG-DR and state emergency contracts.
Rapid Deployment
Speed is a system, not a promise: staged inventory at port, pre-engineered foundations, drilled set crews and utility kits that connect in hours. From activation order to functioning site in 72 hours — anywhere a truck, vessel or heavy-lift helicopter can reach.
Affordable Housing
Factory economics applied to the attainability crisis: standardized homes with predictable per-door costs, financeable timelines and dignified design. HUD-conscious layouts, ADA options and neighborhoods that arrive move-in ready instead of two years late.
Mass Housing Programs
When the unit of measure is thousands of doors, the platform matters more than the floor plan. Serialized production, vessel-scale logistics and the B4 STACK system give states and agencies a program they can schedule, audit and fund with confidence.
SOL.06 / Workforce accommodation
Crew villages,
run-ready.
DORMS · DFAC · SANITATION · LAUNDRY · RECREATION · OPS OFFICE — ONE PO, ONE SITE PLAN, ONE SCHEDULE.
Energy, construction and industrial programs live or die on crew readiness. B4 CAMP villages arrive as a kit — beds, dining, sanitation, laundry, recreation and site operations — engineered as one system and commissioned in fourteen days.
| Plan | Beds | Footprint | Commissioning |
|---|---|---|---|
| CAMP-100 | 100 | ~1.5 acres | 10–14 days |
| CAMP-250 | 250 | ~3.2 acres | 14–18 days |
| CAMP-500 | 500 | ~5.8 acres | 21–28 days |
SOL.05 / Schools & healthcare
Recovery includes
school on Monday.
CLASSROOMS, CLINICS AND TRIAGE — DEPLOYED BESIDE THE HOUSING THEY SERVE.
A housed community still needs a nurse and a whiteboard. B4 MED clinics carry exam rooms, pharmacy storage and negative-pressure isolation options with generator-ready power; B4 EDU classrooms are daylit, ADA-accessible and sized to real class loads — 24 seats per module, assembling into campuses.
Both ride the same chassis and logistics as every other B4 unit: same trucks, same cranes, same schedule discipline.
B4 MEDB4 EDUSOL.07 / Government & defense
Inside the wire,
on schedule.
