Between 1908 and 1940, America ordered seventy thousand homes from a catalogue — shipped by rail, raised in weeks, standing a century later. B4 Homes brings the idea back in galvanized steel: twenty-two villa models, real porches and gables, ordered by the neighborhood and priced by the door.

A catalogue home was never about one house. It was about giving a whole country the same honest deal at the same honest price.
The fifty-home minimum is not a limitation — it is the mechanism. One mobilization instead of fifty. Serialized production slots instead of custom quotes. Streets, utilities and foundations engineered once and repeated. That is how a steel villa with a porch lands at a per-door cost a housing authority can defend in public.
Every model rides the same climate engineering as the B4 platform — hurricane, arctic, coastal, desert and seismic packages — and every neighborhood can ship with its civic core: classrooms, a clinic, a park.

A B4 Homes program starts where subdivisions usually stall: the whole neighborhood is designed as a single engineered product. Streets sized to the models, foundations repeated by type, utilities trenched once, homes landing in production order — and a masterplan your council, base command or board can approve in one reading.
Mix models freely across a program: veteran cottages beside family two-storeys, executive homes at the corners. The economics hold as long as the count does.
